چکیده

A 33-year-old woman was admitted to our hospital with chest pain. She had an urgent cabrol-type aortic root replacement for acute aortic dissection during labour 27 months before. Electron beam angiography showed a stenosis at the level of the anastomosis (Fig. 1). Coronary angiography confirmed the diagnosis (Fig. 2). Salvage of left Cabrol limb occlusion by minimally invasive direct coronary bypass grafting.

Two patients suffered from acute myocardial infarction (AMI) resulting from occlusion of left coronary perfusion graft limb after aortic root reconstruction by Cabrol or modified Cabrol technique. A 34-year-old male patient with Marfan syndrome received aortic root reconstruction by modified Cabrol technique due to aortic root aneurysm and acute type A aortic dissection. AMI occurred 3 months a...

A Successful Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Twelve Days After a Cabrol Composite Graft Operation in Marfan Syndrome

The Cabrol procedure is one of several techniques used for re-implantation of a coronary artery. After replacement of the ascending aorta and aortic valve using a composite graft, second Dacron tube grafts are used for anastomosis between the ascending aortic graft and the coronary arteries. Ostial stenosis is one of the complications associated with the Cabrol operation. However, there have be...

successful percutaneous coronary intervention of a thrombosed cabrol graft after intraoperative cardiac arrest

The Cabrol technique is used to reimplant coronary arteries after aortic root replacement using a Dacron graft interposed between the aortic root graft and the native coronary artery. Although stenosis of the coronary graft anastomosis has been described, the authors present a case involving acute graft closure due to kinking of the Cabrol graft treated with percutaneous coronary intervention a...

Reoperation for ascending aortic aneurysm, coronary ostial aneurysm and patent Cabrol trick after bentall operation for aortitis syndrome.

A 38-year-old woman who had undergone an original Bentall operation in December 1995 for annuloaortic ectasia associated with ulcerative colitis required reoperation for ascending aortic aneurysm, coronary ostial aneurysm, and patent Cabrol trick. The initial Bentall operation included aortic root replacement using a valved conduit and reconstruction of the coronary arteries. Both coronary osti...

Type II A aortic dissection and ascending aort aneurysm seeing after mechanic aortic valve replacement

Results He had Type II A aortic dissection with intimal tear at proximal region of the right coronary ostium. Mechanic aortic valve was normal function. Ascending aorta was replaced by using 26 mm Dacron tube graft between annulus of previous mechanic aortic valve and distal ascending aort by using hypothermic circulatory arrest and antegrade selective cerebral perfusion. An 8 mm dacron tube gr...
